GENERAL CONDITIONS HOTEL

This document serves as the General Conditions of the hotel managed by SMART HOPER, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “LATROUPE”). The General Conditions contains all the information that you (hereinafter, “Hotel guest”) must know and comply with.

ARTICLE1. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

On successful completion of every reservation, Hotel guests will receive a reservation confirmation with their details and all booking information. Together with the present General Conditions, the House Rules and any further attachments, this reservation confirmation represents the agreement between the Hotel guest and LATROUPE.

ARTICLE2. ROOMS & COMMON AREAS IN LATROUPE

For Hotel guests LATROUPE offers (depending of the site), the following accommodation options:

Double Room: private room for two with own toilet and shower
Family Room: private family room for four with own toilet and shower
3 Multiple Room: private room for three with own toilet and shower
4 Multiple Room: shared/privatized room for four with toilet and shower
5 Multiple Room: shared/privatized room for 5 with toilet and shower
6 Multiple Room: shared/privatized room for six with toilet and shower
8 Multiple Room: shared/privatized room for 8 with toilet and shower

The following provisions are included in each accommodation option: reception, cleaning; air conditioning; Wi-Fi; hairdryer available in the reception.

In Doubles and Family rooms, towel and bed linen replacement are included.
In shared rooms, first towels cost 1€ and dirty towels must be put in the boxes available in reception area when the guest will check out.

Hotel guests have free access to the common parts of the premises. As the ground floor with sitting area, co-working space, the M´eating Room, the outdoor terrace, the laundry for clients and the luggage storage.

Hotel guests must keep to the House Rules when using the common areas and facilities provided. Hotel guest will be charged immediately for misuse and in the event of excessive use of the facilities provided.

ARTICLE3. RATES

LATROUPE has two price options, namely flexible and non-flexible.

Flexible price:
The full amount has to be paid at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations or modifications in the accommodation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date (cf. Article 7).

Non-flexible price:
The full amount will be charged on reservation and has to be paid immediately.
In case of cancellation of the accommodation compensation of 100% of the total accommodation price is due (cf. Article 7).

City Tax is added to the prices. The amount of this City tax depends on the number of individuals and the number of nights reserved.

The prices of the accommodation options stated in Article 2 can be consulted at any time on the LATROUPE website. All amounts are in EURO.

The amount due by the Hotel guest must be paid through the online payment system provided by the hotel guest.

The prices stated on the website are subject to change. Only the rates valid at the time of the reservation apply to the agreement between the Hotel guest and LATROUPE.

Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labelled as such, Hotel guests cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.

Article 8 of the present General Conditions applies to group bookings.

ARTICLE4. ROOM ALLOCATION

At the latest at the check in, LATROUPE unilaterally allocates a room to the Hotel guest within the selected accommodation option. Hotel guests cannot dispute this allocation.

LATROUPE reserves the right to allocate a different room to a Hotel guest before or during occupancy for operational reasons. Hotel guests cannot dispute this or demand any compensation from LATROUPE.

ARTICLE5. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Checking is possible on the first occupancy day from 15:30 pm. In case of earlier arrival LATROUPE cannot guarantee the availability of the room(s).

Check out has to occur on the last occupancy day before 11:00 am. In case of late check-out (with a maximum of two hours) compensation of 7.00 EUR is due per bed in shared rooms and 20 EUR per room in private rooms. From 14:00 pm a full night’s accommodation will be charged.

If check-out takes place before the scheduled end date for the accommodation, LATROUPE has the right to charge the total nights booked according to the price stated on the reservation confirmation.

We have a maximum period of 10 days a guest can stay in a dorm. After this, the guest must leave LATROUPE or needs to book a long stay agreed with LATROUPE management.

ARTICLE6. KEY CARD

At check-in one activated Key Card per person will be provided. On the Hotel guest’s request one or more additional Key Cards can be made available on payment of 10.00 EUR per Key Card.

In case of loss, damage, or non-return of the Key Card at check-out payment of 5.00 EUR will also be charged.

ARTICLE7. ANNULMENT POLICY

If a Hotel guest opts for a flexible rate, he/she can cancel his/her accommodation without any compensation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In the event of untimely cancellation 100% of the total accommodation costs is due as compensation.

Cancelling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge for the entire stay being made in client credit card.

If the Hotel guest opts for a non-flexible rate, in the event of cancellation of his/her accommodation compensation of 100% of the total accommodation costs is due.

ARTICLE8. GROUP BOOKINGS

Reservations for more than 12 persons or more are group bookings.

The rates for the latter vary depending on the number of individuals and the duration of the occupancy and are given on request by telephone or e-mail.

The price for the accommodation must be paid beforehand. 30% of total amount will be payed to confirm the booking, and 70% of total amount will be payed 15 days in advance before the scheduled arrival date.

Notwithstanding Article 7 of the General Conditions, the cancellation and reimbursement policy for group bookings applies:

Cancellations done +30 days prior to your arrival: There is no refund of the deposit. Cancellation free: 30%

Cancellations done less than 30 days prior to your arrival: We will charge 100% of the booking cost.

A request to reduce the length of the booked stay shall be considered as a cancellation of the reduced period.

Groups must pay a guarantee. LATROUPE will block the guarantee amount at check-in by means of the Group’s leader credit card.
The guarantee blocking will be cancelled at the end of the occupancy if Hotel guests have paid all outstanding amounts and no damage, theft or irregularities were found in connection with the occupancy. Otherwise LATROUPE has the right to deduct the compensation due from the blocked amount. LATROUPE will inform the Hotel guest of this charge.


ARTICLE9. PET PROHIBITION

Pets are not allowed. With the exception of guide dogs


ARTICLE10. SMOKING PROHIBITION

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.

ARTICLE11. VISITORS

Without prejudice to the stipulations on the subject in the House Rules, Hotel guests are allowed to receive visitors in the common parts of the building.

Access to the hotel rooms and dorms for visitors of Hotel guests is forbidden.

ARTICLE12. CLEANING

Every hotel room and dorm will be cleaned.

On leaving the room, Hotel guests have to clear away or store personal items as much as possible. For optimum cleaning of the room, the cleaning- company employees have the right to move personal items that are left behind.

ARTICLE13. USE OF UTILITIES

LATROUPE provides several utilities to the Hotel guest (water, electricity, heating, airco, wifi).
Excessive use of these utilities will be charges to the Hotel guest.
Among others, the charging of electrical steps and bikes etc., not provided by LATROUPE, is prohibited.

ARTICLE14. LIABILTY

Hotel guests will inform LATROUPE immediately if damage occurs or threatens to occur in the hotel rooms or the dorms. Hotel guests are liable for any nuisance and damage caused directly or indirectly by them personally or by their guests or visitors, except when the damage is the result of normal wear and tear.

Hotel guests are not allowed to make changes to the hotel room(s) or dorms or to make holes, use nails or screws in, or apply glue or tack etc. to the walls, floors or ceiling of the rooms or dorms.

LATROUPE cannot be blamed for any contractual shortcoming if it was the result of force majeure situations for which LATROUPE is not liable, such as (non-exhaustive) strikes, fire, public-sector actions, terrorist threat, etc.

If damage or loss occurs because of a liable shortcoming on the part of a LATROUPE service provider, compensation for Hotel guests’ damage or loss will be limited to the compensation LATROUPE receives from the service provider involved.
In any case LATROUPES’s liability is limited to the value of the agreement or compensation which will be paid to LATROUPE by a third party or the insurance company as compensation for the damage or loss incurred.

For any damage to or loss of their items, Hotel guests must prove that it occurred in the residential unit and resulted from certain actions or omissions by LATROUPE or LATROUPE service providers. Except for when the Hotel guest provides this proof, LATROUPE or its assigned service provider is not liable for damage to items and individuals, loss or theft.

LATROUPE is not liable for damage or loss for which Hotel guests are insured or should have been insured.
Hotel guests are personally responsible for guests or visitors they allow access to the building. LATROUPE cannot be held liable for damage or loss caused by these individuals, or for damage or nuisance caused by certain items Hotel guests bring into the premises. Hotel guests are personally liable for any damage caused by their own (either or not unlawful) or their guests’ and visitors’ actions or negligence. The same goes for animals which Hotel guests or their guests and visitors are responsible for. Every damage caused by the Hotel guest will immediately be charged to him by LATROUPE.

Without prejudice to the above LATROUPE is liable for damage to or loss of items which Hotel guests have entrusted to LATROUPE for safekeeping against payment. Compensation of the damage or loss will, however, be limited to the market value of the item(s) concerned. LATROUPE is not liable for the contents of the entrusted items. For example, the contents of a wallet will only be compensated if the Hotel guest informed LATROUPE in writing now of handing over for safekeeping. LATROUPE can never be held liable for items which were not handed in for safekeeping against payment.

ARTICLE15. ACCES TO THE HOTEL ROOMS AND DORMS

In the context of daily cleaning as well as in case of an emergency, LATROUPE will always have access to the hotel rooms and dorms, as well as for safety reasons or in case of a well-founded suspicion that a Hotel guest is performing illegal practices or actions infringing the General Conditions and the House Rules.

ARTICLE16. IMPOSSIBILITY OF EXECUTION / FORCE MAJEURE

Except in a case of force majeure, LATROUPE offers the Hotel guest alternative accommodation in the same town if it is not able to execute the agreement with the Hotel guest. The associated costs are for the account of the guest, with explicit exclusion of compensation or costs.

In case of force majeure LATROUPE has the right to suspend execution of the agreement without the Hotel guest being able to demand any compensation from LATROUPE.

Among other things, force majeure includes strikes, fire, public-sector actions, terrorist threat, storm, flooding or water damage and general electricity, water, gas or internet disruption.

ARTICLE17. HOUSE RULES

LATROUPE drew up House Rules with regulations and directives to guarantee peaceful enjoyment for every hotel guest.
The House Rules are an integral part of this agreement. By signing this agreement, the Hotel guest declares to agree with the House Rules and undertakes to comply with the incorporated regulations and to behave with due diligence.

ARTICLE18. TERMINATION OF THE OCCUPANCY BY LATROUPE

LATROUPE has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and all included services for the account of the Hotel guest in case of infringement of these General Conditions or the House Rules by the Hotel guest. This without prior notice of default and without any compensation for the Hotel guest.

Payment for the entire period will be due in full. In addition, LATROUPE reserves the right to recover all direct and indirect damage resulting from infringement of the General Conditions or House Rules by the Hotel guest.

ARTICL19. INSURANCES

LATROUPE insures the premises for its full establishment value. This with an approved insurance company and for the entire duration of the agreement for at least the following risks: fire, flooding, storm, earthquake, water damage, explosions, electrical risks, etc.
The Hotel guest is responsible for the insurance of his own personal belongings.

ARTICLE20. RATES AND TAXES

All taxes and rates, except the City tax due to the City, are for the account of LATROUPE.

ARTICLE21. FULL AGREEMENT

The reservation confirmation, the present General Conditions, the House Rules and any further attachments, contain the full agreement concluded between the parties. It replaces all previous negotiations and agreements.

ARTICLE22. PERSONAL DATA

LATROUPE and the Hotel Owner process Hotel guests data following the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a Data Controllers. See details of Hotel Owner contact in the Legal Notice of this website. The companies have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by the following email: latroupe@akela.legal.

LATROUPE and the Hotel Owner will process data provided by you as a result of the management, processing and development of the contractual relationship, either by legal requirement or necessary for the formalization of the contract, including identification and contact data, personal characteristics and social circumstances or economic and financial data, among other. Hotel guests data may be processed to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects related to professional performance, economic situation, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements of said natural person. No automatized individual decisions will be made based on this data processing.

Hotel guests data will be processed mainly to manage the reservation and to provide the agreed hotel services, including in particular:
- Introduction, management and control of the contractual relationship between Hotel guest and LATROUPE.
- Management and resolve of requests Hotel guests have regarding LATROUPE services.
- Carry out periodic surveys to know the degree of satisfaction of Hotel guests with the attention received by the staff or collaborators of LATROUPE. The responses provided by the Hotel guests in the survey are completely anonymous, so that the information provided by you cannot be linked to your person.
- Sending personalized advertising information about activities, products, services, events, special promotions, as well as documentation of various kinds, through postal mail, telephone or electronic means (email, SMS, instant messaging services…). The information to be sent may be related exclusively to LATROUPE and the Hotel Owner and will be about products or services that are similar to those that you have previously contracted or to events in which LATROUPE or these companies participates that are similar to those that you have already attended. The information may be sent even based on the analysis and evaluation of your profile, which will be made with internal data.

The legal relationship management data processing is based on the necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Additionally, the marketing purpose related to LATROUPE products, services and events, have their lawfulness in the legitimate interests pursued by LATROPUE and the Hotel Owner. This data processing will be proportional because of the lawful way to obtain contact information of users, the shipment information about products or services of the entity with which it was contracted and that are similar to those contracted and the always given opportunity to oppose these shipments.

Hotel guests personal data may be communicated to the following recipients depending on the legitimizing basis of the communication:
- Public Administrations, Security Forces or Courts, in the terms established in the current regulations, exclusively in the event that said data communication is accurate and / or in compliance with legal obligations derived from claims, preliminary proceedings or any administrative or judicial procedure.
- Banking and financial entities to enable the management of collections and economic transactions derived from the contractual relationship.
- Third parties who exercise in LATROUPE functions of, among others, management, control, document management, monitoring of regulatory compliance or auditing, for the provision of services required by current regulation.
- Third parties hired by LATROUPE to provide the services that you proactively request related to possible incidents in the Hotel.

The personal data provided will be stored during the maintenance of the contractual relationship. Once upon end the relationship, the data will be stored the necessary time until the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may derive from that data processing and that purpose.

LATROUPE informs you that you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to request access to your personal data. First, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether LATROUPE is or is not processing data concerning you, and if so, the right to access such personal data.
- Right to amend, delete and forget. You also have the right to request the amendment of inexact data or, if pertinent, to request it be deleted when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Right to limit processing. In certain circumstances, you may also ask LATROUPE to limit the processing of your data, in which chase, it will only be retained for the filing or defense of claims.
- Right to portability of the data. You have the right to have LATROUPE send your data to another organization, provided you so request.
- Right to object. In certain circumstances and for reasons related with your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data. LATROUPE will stop processing your data, except for imperative legal reasons, or the filing or defense of possible claims.
- Right to withdraw consent. We remind you that you have the right to oppose the processing of your data for commercial or advertising purposes, as well as to withdraw any of the consents you have given for the processing of your data, without affecting the legality of the processing based on prior consent. upon withdrawal.
- Automated individual decisions. You have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

Hotel guests may exercise their rights in the form of a written document identified with the reference "Data Protection" accompanying your ID card or equivalent document, which must be transmitted to calle Villanueva 2B, Escalera 1, Planta SM, 28001 Madrid or latroupe@akela.legal. If you consider that we have failed to respect the exercise of your rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (latroupe@akela.legal) or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

ARTICLE23. MODIFICATIONS

LATROUPE may modify the General Conditions at any time. The General Conditions which apply at the time of reservation by the Hotel guest are binding between the parties.
The House Rules may also undergo changes. If these changes occur during occupancy, LATROUPE will inform the Hotel guest by e-mail.
The amendments to the House Rules will take effect immediately after notification to the Hotel guest. Any modification or supplement to the agreement between the Hotel guest and LATROUPE has to occur in writing.

ARTICLE24. CUSTODY OF THE DOCUMENTATION

LATROUPE must guard the Hotel guest documentation for a minimum period of five years or for the duration of their business relationship even if the 5-year term has expired. The Hotel guest may access to this information asking LATROUPE.

ARTICLE25. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

This agreement is subject to Spanish law and any dispute between parties relating to the interpretation or execution of the present agreement will definitively be settled before the courts of Spain, unless otherwise indicated by law.

ARTICLE26. NULITY

In the event that any of the clauses of this agreement were declared void, voidable or similar, the effect of the nullity will be limited to the affected clause(s). The rest of the agreement conditions will remain valid. In case of nullity or unenforceability of a stipulation in the present agreement, the parties undertake to replace this stipulation by a valid stipulation with an as equal as possible economic and legal effect.

ARTICLE27. LENGUAGE

In the event that there is any doubt about the interpretation of the conditions of this agreement, all the conditions will be interpreted in the language in which they are written, being English the primary valid language.

ARTICLE28. HEADERS

Captions and headers occurring in this agreement are purely indicative and do not express the agreement of the parties. They will not be considered for interpretation of the stipulations in the present agreement.

 HOUSE RULES

The LATROUPE team drew up several house rules to ensure that your residence and that of other guests in LATROUPE runs a smooth course. We thank you for reading these rules attentively and thoroughly. For further information or enquiries, you may address our employees at reception.

ARTICLE1. GENERAL

By confirming your reservation, you explicitly accept the House Rules and undertake to comply with them and act with due diligence, must not disturbing and respect other Guests as well as staff, local residents and property.

Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be asked to leave the hostel premises in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest.

ARTICLE2. RECEPTION

Reception is open every day 24H/7 DAYS, 365 DAYS/YEAR. The employees present are at your disposal and will answer your questions and concerns as soon as possible.

Valid photo identification in the form of a Passport, government issued I.D. card or Driving license. is required at check-in.

Hotel guests may check in and out at the following times (cf Article 5 in the General Conditions):

At the start day of their stay from 15:30 pm
At the end day of their stay up to 11:00 am.

ARTICLE3. RESPECT FOR OTHER LATROUPE GUEST AND EMPLOYEES

Respect is a basic concept in LATROUPE. Therefore, we ask you to always treat your fellow guests as well as LATROUPE employees with the required respect. Intimidation or violence is not tolerated.

ARTICLE4. COMMON AREAS, MEETINGS AND NOISE NUISANCE

Peaceful enjoyment in the daytime and a good night’s rest for all guests is a priority for LATROUPE.

You have free access to the common areas in the premises. In addition, for the Hotel guests in certain of our hotels, a common kitchen and eating area has been provided as well as a separate seating area.

LATROUPE highly recommends use of the facilities present in the common areas. These facilities are, as it were, an extension of your private accommodation and serve as a meeting place for you and other guests.

We ask you to consider several specific rules for each area to enable guests to use the common areas as optimally and pleasantly as possible. The rules of usage are separately and clearly displayed in each area. These rules are part of the present House Rules and you and your guests must always meet them.

In any case, we thank you for always leaving the common areas clean and tidy. Otherwise LATROUPE will charge you for the full cleaning and clearing costs. Also, all costs of damage caused by you will be charged to you. Compensation comprises the full repair or clearing costs as estimated by an expert or contractor assigned by the parties, with a minimum flat fee for damage of 250.00 EUR.
Your guests and visitors are welcome in the LATROUPE common areas. To prevent nuisance as well as for fire-safety reasons we ask you to inform LATROUPE reception before that you want to organize a meeting with more than five external guests.

To prevent noise in the common areas and nuisance in the rooms occupied by the other guests, regardless of the number of guests you invited, you have to take into account the following limitations inside the premises:

Sunday up to and including Thursday: no meetings or music in the common areas, including the lobby after 10:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday: no meetings or music in the common areas, including the lobby, after midnight.
Outside of the premises the Police Codex of the City applies.

ARTICLE5.FIRE ROUTES AND EMERGENCY EXITS

The required fire routes, fire exits, and fire escapes are provided in the building.

Please do not leave any items behind near fire routes, fire exits and fire escapes. These emergency exits must be always free and fully accessible. Moreover, using emergency exits without there being an emergency is strictly forbidden.
If explicitly stated, fire and emergency doors must always remain closed.
For blocking fire routes, fire exits and fire escapes or using the emergency exit without there being an emergency, compensation of 150.00 EUR will be charged immediately. This is also an infringement of the House Rules, on the grounds of which LATROUPE in accordance with the General Conditions can unilaterally terminate the agreement with the Long-Stay tenant and the agreement with the Hotel guest.

ARTICLE6. SMOKING, USE OF FIRE AND FIRE ALARM

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, in the common areas as well as in the rooms. This prohibition also applies to electronic cigarettes. The use of fire or candles in the rooms as well as in the common areas is also strictly forbidden. It is generally forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, or hazardous liquids or products into the premises.

If you are caught smoking, using fire of candles, or manipulating smoke detectors or inappropriately using fire extinguishers, compensation of 150.00 EUR will be charged immediately. This is also an infringement of the House Rules, on the grounds of which LATROUPE in accordance with the General Conditions can unilaterally terminate the agreement with the Long-Stay tenant and the agreement with the Hotel guest.

ARTICLE7. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, DRUGS & WEAPONS

Bringing illegal substances, drugs and weapons into the premises is strictly forbidden and will give LATROUPE the right in accordance with the General Conditions to immediately terminate unilaterally the agreement. In addition, LATROUPE will inform the competent authorities and a compensation of 150.00 EUR will be charged immediately.

ARTICLE8. LOBBY

LATROUPE would like to welcome you in the lobby every day. The Lobby is accessible to all Hotel guests and their guests. As regards inviting guests, LATROUPE refers to the explanation under “Meetings and noise nuisance”.
Since for every guest the lobby must be a space to relax and enjoy, we thank you for keeping it clean and tidy and for correctly using the furniture provided.

ARTICLE9. USE OF THE WIFI NETWORK

During your stay you can use the LATROUPE Wi-Fi network. Since the Wi-Fi network is accessible for all guests and visitors, we recommend you install an antivirus program and firewall on all your devices.
It is strictly forbidden to visit pornographic or illegal websites, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to disseminate confidential or sensitive information. In general, obviously any punishable offence is unacceptable.
To guarantee the quality of the Wi-Fi network it is not permitted to use or install private networks or routers.
LATROUPE does anything required to always guarantee the operation of and access to the Wi-Fi network. However, (temporary) unavailability, due to technical or other disruptions, cannot be excluded. Use of the LATROUPE Wi-Fi network occurs on your own responsibility. LATROUPE is not liable for damage, loss or costs resulting from any unavailability of the Wi-Fi network.

ARTICLE10. LOST PROPERT

Always carefully check that you have left nothing behind on leaving your room, or the premises. Moreover, we request you emphatically not to not leave any valuable items.
Objects found in the rooms or common areas in the building will be kept by LATROUPE for three months after check-out. If you left or lost something you can contact the LATROUPE reception with a description of the item lost during your stay as well as up to three months afterwards. If the item was found, LATROUPE will try to return it to you safely. After the period of three months LATROUPE becomes the owner of these objects. Lost property item/s can be collected from the Hotel, by the owner with an accepted form of ID.

ARTICLE11. LIABILITTY

The liability policy of LATROUPE is extensively described in the General Conditions.

ARTICLE12. PRIVACY

LATROUPE has a privacy and cookies policy. You can consult it on the website www.latroupe.com. Your personal details will only be processed in accordance with this privacy policy.


ARTICLE13. SERVICES

LATROUPE offers the following services. Depending on the service these are provided free of charge or charged to the user.
Rules of usage and instructions for use are displayed in the common areas in which services are offered. These rules are part of the present House Rules and you and your guests must always comply with them.

If you use services offered by external parties – even if they are recommended by LATROUPE– you must meet the general conditions and/or usage regulations of these external parties. Under no circumstances can LATROUPE be held answerable vis-à-vis an external party or by the user.

Printer.
In the lobby LATROUPE offers to guests a printer provided at reception level. The number of pages that can be printed is limited

Fitness and or spa room in some of LATROUPE hotels
LATROUPE fitness room is at the disposal of the guests. The entering of the fitness room and the use of the gym equipment takes place under the responsibility of the user of the gym. LATROUPE cannot be held liable for any physical or material damage. Camera surveillance is present in the fitness room. Theft or damage will be charged to the user responsible.

Are not included in the hotel rate:

Breakfast.
Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 am in the M´Eating Room.

Food and Beverage
Guests and their guests may only consume food and drink purchase from LATROUPE in the hotel. Not externally purchase food and drink may be consume inside LATROUPE

Boxes in the rooms
Boxes are provided in shared rooms. Every guest can use the box named with his/her bed number with his own padlock or to buy one in the reception shop. It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are secure at all times. LATROUPE accept no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests’ property, however sustained or caused.

Luggage room
A luggage room is provided in all our hotels. The room will always be opened with our staff supervision. However, LATROUPE cannot be held liable in any way for incorrect use, damage to the or loss. 2 EUR per bag/luggage will be pay by the Hotel guest.

Washing machines / Laundromat.
Any guest can use the washing machines and dryer on payment. The costs for this use are charged in each use. You must use the washing machines and dryer correctly and use the products made available by LATROUPE. LATROUPE is not liable for damage to clothing because of incorrect use of the washing machine or the use of inappropriate washing products. Any breakdown must be reported to LATROUPE immediately. Damages caused by abnormal use will be charged to the user.

Parking
Parking spaces in the nearest parking can be booked at the reception desk.
LATROUPE is not responsible for theft, break-in into your car or any damage to your car.

Towels
Towels are included in private rooms. In the shared rooms, the cost is 1€ and the dirty towels must be put in the boxes available in reception area when the guest will check out In double and family rooms towels will be replaced in a daily basis as per Hotel guest’s requirement .

 

ARTICLE 15 GUESTS UNDER 16

LATROUPE does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.

Guests who wish to bring their children under 16 years of age must book a whole dorm or private room. Free for under 2 years old. Travel cots are available, free of charge from the hotel.

Children from 16 years old and 18 years old cannot stay in any shared rooms. Will be allocated in private rooms when accompanied by an adult or with written consent from a parent or guardian.

ARTICLE 16 ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

LATROUPE will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Guests cannot bring their own alcohol onto the premises. Charge of 100€ and all alcohol will be confiscated until you leave the building at checkout.

Alcohol is available in the bar and can be consumed there and in the surrounding designated areas only.

ARTICLE 17 PAYMENT METHOD

Credit card payments for online bookings. Contact the Hotel staff for more details concerning the Credit Card typology accepted, depending on the City. Cash accepted for walk-in bookings.
